Service Agreement

Terms and conditions for Betty's and Bevi's Boutique Hospitality services.

1. Service Overview

Betty's and Bevi's & Boutique Hospitality (“Provider”) provides on-demand bartending, food service, and event staffing on a dry hire basis. The Provider supplies hospitality labor, equipment, bar setup, glassware, ice, garnishes, mixers, and non-alcoholic beverages. The Client is responsible for purchasing all alcoholic beverages.

The Provider does not sell, furnish, or provide alcoholic beverages at any time. All alcohol served at the event is purchased by and remains the property of the Client.

2. Booking & Deposit

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. The deposit amount will be specified in your personalized quote and is applied toward the total service cost. Your date is not confirmed until the deposit is received.

We recommend booking 4 to 6 weeks in advance for ideal preparation and availability. Shorter lead times may be accommodated when possible, however events booked with less than 4 weeks' notice may incur a rush fee due to the urgency of scheduling and preparation.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

30+ days before event: Full refund of the deposit.

Within 30 days of event: The deposit is non-refundable. However, it may be applied in full toward a rescheduled date, subject to availability.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected].

4. Beverage Procurement

The Provider operates exclusively as a dry hire service. The Client is responsible for purchasing all alcoholic beverages. The Provider will supply a detailed, curated beverage list based on the event size, preferences, and menu selections.

Clients may purchase beverages through the Provider's preferred vendor portal to receive competitive pricing and convenient delivery options, or through any licensed retailer of their choosing.

5. Food & Catering Service

For events including food service, the Provider will supply a curated menu of selections. The Client selects their desired items and the Provider arranges for delivery, professional setup with hot plates and chafing dishes, and service by trained staff throughout the event.

Dietary restrictions and special accommodations (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, kosher, allergies) should be communicated during the consultation phase.

6. Service Hours & Setup

The Provider's team will arrive approximately one hour prior to the event start time for setup. Service hours, staffing count, and scope of service will be outlined in the personalized quote. Overtime beyond the agreed service hours may be charged at an hourly rate.

Full setup and breakdown of the bar area, food stations, and all equipment is included in the service fee.

7. Responsible Service

All bartenders are TABC-certified and trained in responsible alcohol service. The Provider reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who appears to be visibly intoxicated, in accordance with Texas law and responsible hospitality practices.

8. Liability & Insurance

The Provider carries general liability insurance. The Client assumes responsibility for providing a safe event environment and for the behavior of their guests. The Client acknowledges that they are the purchaser and owner of all alcoholic beverages served at the event.

9. Service Area

The Provider serves events within a 40-mile radius of McKinney, Texas. Events outside this radius may be accommodated with an additional travel fee. Please contact us to discuss your location.

10. Agreement

By submitting a deposit and confirming your event, the Client agrees to the terms outlined in this service agreement. A detailed, event-specific contract will be provided prior to deposit collection, outlining all services, pricing, and event-specific terms.
